Former office space is converted into a corporate fitness center designed to accommodate the employees of the building complex.  High ceiling, graphic murals and vibrant colors contribute to the high energy environment while finishes in the locker room and wet areas create a tranquil spa sensibility.

Technically difficult, great lengths were taken to design and incorporate the numerous mechanical, plumbing and structural requirements into the existing building infrastructure.
